Shipping & Returns
We strive for every customer to be fully satisfied with their purchase. If you are not satisfied with an item, you may return it under the following guidelines:
Initiating a Return
- To initiate a return, email store@heritagetrumpets.com with your order number a description of the issue. Include photos and/or video if appropriate.
- All returns must be completed within 14 days.
Return Conditions
- Mechanical Defects: If there is a significant mechanical defect, we will provide a full refund minus shipping fees.
- Cosmetic & Other Issues: We take high-quality photos and videos of each item and offer FaceTime/video calls to show the horn live. Our listing descriptions are detailed and disclose any known issues. However, many of the trumpets are over 50 years old are not in "like new" condition. Returns for issues other than significant mechanical defects are subject to fees described below.
Fees
- Trumpets and Other Instruments: 15% restocking fee and a $50 cleaning fee.
- Mouthpieces, Mutes, and Small Items: $20 per item restocking & cleaning fee.
- Shipping and Fees: Buyer is responsible for shipping, insurance, and any credit card or transaction fees for both the original transaction and the return.
International Sales
- All international sales are final.
Non-Returnable Items
- Certain items may be labeled as "Final" or "Non-Returnable."
Refund Processing
- Refunds will be processed within 5 business days of receiving the item. The credit, minus any applicable fees, will be issued to the original form of payment.
